Pain Management with
Hypnosis
- Dr Robert Sapien inserts
a needle through Joy's hand while she is in hypnosis.
She gave herself the suggestion that her hand was frozen & numb,
and as a result she felt no pain and had no blood oozing from the
puncture marks in the hand. Her hand was extremely cold to the touch as well.

pain
and bleeding normally, but in hypnosis both
were absent.

When you become
clear in your intention you can do things you never dreamed you would do! Here Joy learns
to walk on broken glass in her bare feet. So what is the point?
To learn to focus intention and overcome fear.

Bending Metal
In my hand is a fork folded over and the heat from my hand is still present. But it is not the bent fork that is important, it is just a visual reminder that our thoughts and intentions create our reality. As I thought about (and viewed in my mind) the metal becoming hot, and flexible like putty, it did in fact give way as I reshaped it in my hand. The quality of our thought process creates all the energy necessary to mold reality with our intentions. This is the power we hold within our inner creative mind.
Spoon bending is just as fun.
